The A1SLT had said No. 60163 Tornado might revisit in 2017. We are delighted that she will revisit, at our Spring Steam Gala in 2018. With thanks to The A1 Steam Locomotive Trust, the new-build locomotive last visited us in 2016 alongside Flying Scotsman at Pacific Power, and later in the year at our Season Finale Gala.

Tornado to visit in 2017? From the A1SLT 2017 tour brochure: "The A1 Steam Locomotive Trust anticipates No. 60163 Tornado visiting West Somerset Railway, Severn Valley Railway and Nene Valley Railway in 2017. Details are still being finalised. For more information, please visit www.a1steam.com."

Tornado with support coach is timetabled to travel on November 27th from Bridgnorth to Kidderminster at 1100 before leaving the SVR. She is then due to leave Kidderminster 14:20 on November 27th, running via Worcester.
