The Severn Valley Railway Family: Your details will only be made available to other organisations operating under the Severn Valley Railway name to include: Severn Valley Railway Charitable Trust Ltd., Severn Valley Railway (Holdings) plc., Severn Valley Railway Co. Ltd. and other SVR organisations which may be introduced from time to time.

Our website servers automatically log the IP address you use to access our website as well as other information about your visit such as the pages accessed, information requested, the date and time of the request, the type of device you are using, your approximate location, the source of your access to our websites (e.g. the website or URL (link) which referred you to our website), and your browser version and operating system.

Do we use cookies?: We use cookies, but only as part of the need to control the website. We do not use cookies to store any information of a personal nature, or your website usage. You may turn off cookies in your browser, but you may then find that the website does not work correctly on some pages.

Storage of your Information: Messages you send us are stored within our third party hosting provider's secure data centres primarily within the European Union and United Kingdom.

Information about your call, such as your phone number and the date and time of your call, is processed and stored by our third party telephone service provider which is located in the United Kingdom.
