Facilities:

At Arley station we have a number of facilities for the passengers convenience. We have a booking office at which passengers can buy tickets for the trains, there is also a waiting room and a platform shelter so that in inclement weather you can remain warm and dry! We also have a shop in the station yard which sells a variety of items from railway books to children's toys.

 

Across from the station building is a refreshment kiosk that sells traditional homemade cakes, homemade sandwiches, hot and cold drinks and other confectionery. There are also toilets available to use at either end of the station building. All of these facilities are staffed as often as possible and at most weekends.

 

Unfortunately, car parking is not available at Arley Station, however down the hill by the river is a private car park with charges that apply at certain times of the year. Disabled parking is available in the yard usually mid-week however please ask at the Booking Office before bringing your car in. At weekends however and special events car parking can be very limited. If you need assistance, please ask any member of staff from the station.

There's plenty to do in and around Arley. Whether it's watching the trains go by, or having lunch by the river, there's always something to see or do no matter what the occasion/weather!

 

Why not pop over the Upper Arley? Have a snack in the cafe, get an ice cream from the shop, sit and enjoy them by the river. Along with countryside walks in the beautiful countryside that makes up Arley, it makes a perfect place to be at home with nature. Why not pop up to Arley Arboretum for stunning views and vibrant gardens? With endless walks going up to Highley, or under Victoria Bridge, past trimpley reservoir to Bewdley, there's something for everyone here at Arley.
